Had a real calamity transferring supermarket juice wine from a demijohn into bottles - good bottle's worth over the floor, siphon flying everywhere - thank the gods no one was looking. It all seemed to happen in slow-motion, and yet I couldn't do a thing about it! Once it had settled, my clear looking cranberry and apple juice had some sediment at the bottom of the bottles. There isn't a lot to be honest, but it is noticeable. Do I have to empty the bottles and restart the bottling process? What do you suggest (apart from being more careful in future)?
