Are you putting clean beer in the kegs or fermenting in them ?

It will be transferred from the fermenter to the keg.

Then.. as others have said, don't bother with floating dip tubes.
If you want to try the Dr Hans Shake'n brew, then you will need them !

I always find it strange that you get a tiny amount of noticeable sediment on the first pour and then no more. But when you open an empty keg, there is a bunch of dark gunk on the bottom. Where does it come from?
