Wondering if anyone can help me, i just finished my first brewday (sierra nevada clone extract which i found on this forum) and afterwards realized i had put in too much crystal malt (500g instead of 250g) will this effect the taste? i know its made the beer much darker but im not too bothered as long as it tastes good! the lesson here is dont have a brewday while extremely hungover!

It will be a lot darker and a bit sweeter but should still turn out cracking!
