Afternoon all
I have very kindly been given a recipie by a commercial brewery to try. Unfortunately it is for about 1000 liters, lol.
Is there a program available in which I can enter the recipie that will then scale it down to 5 gallons or do I just work out the % decreases based on the water?
Any advice greatly appreciated.
Graeme

Graham wheeler's beer engine is a simple recipe generator. Once you've put all the ingredients into it simply change the desired output from 1000 litres to your required amount and press recalculate. Bingo

Cheers. Tom

It is for a Hopcraft beer called Profits of Doom but with additions that renamed it Marathony that I tasted in the Hopbunker in Cardiff
