Hi all,

As some of you know, I'm scaling up my brewing equipment to 8bbl from 40litres
I was wondering if anyone who may have scaled up in the past can offer any tips that might help.
I understand it's not quite as simple as multiplying up the ingredients.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Doesn't runwellsteve also brew big . The only thing i remember is you need more hops as the bitterness seems lower in bigger batches .

Not quite 8bbl, think he is more like 40l.

Dronfieldbrewer brews on big kit too, I've read. Also someone who went commercial on here, maybe in Wales (??) with a name like stone, rock, or something. I can picture the Avatar but can't get the name right... :hmm:
