Hi there, I started brewing again after a break of 18 years and I've gleaned a lot of information from the forum so thanks to everyone for your help so far. A special thanks goes to Chippy Tea for the wow recipes, I've brewed a few now with great results.

Welcome to the forum, good to see another absentee returning to the fold, I did so this year too

It's good to hear that your 'WOWs' have come out well, I have 4 different ones on the go, my first attempt, not finished yet and 'Er Indoors is insisting that they be laid down for Christmas, we make the Make Your Own kits for day to day drinking.
