We've just bought a sausage filler & hog skins...any recipes out there guys & gals??? who knows we may bring some to the Spring Thing.
Looking forward to next years BBQ...homemade bangers & home brew beer.... :party: :party:

As for sausage recipes, there are hundreds online, don't forget to try the US Hunting forums for ideas too :)

I've watched them making and filling sausages on the tv...I don't think I could do it and keep a straight face.....
