Saturday is brewing day

Hi All,
Just got the mash started for a new ale im trying, nothing fancy.

4.8kg 2 row english,
0.350kg Belgium Biscuit,
0.250kg Crystal (60L),
0.150kg wheat malt,
0,075Kg Chocolate malt,
38g EKG for 90 mins,
38g Fuggles for 15 mins.

Aiming for 30L in the boiler and 23l in FV.

Day has started well, so lets hope it all goes to plan, its a new boiler i have made so timings may be a little different from what i am used to, meaning i will have to think as i brew. LOl.

What does the Belgium Biscuit bring to the brew? Never used it before.

Hi,
Biscuit malt gives a biscuity, bready, digestive overtone.
