Hi All,
Does anyone know what is the best sanitiser for using on a Stainless Steel all grain system(BrewDevil 30L). Will be using bruclean for the cleaning stage. Have read info on some sanitisers that are on the market, that they are no good on metals etc. Want to get the best one suitable so that equipment does not get damaged

Boiling water - wont damage you nice shiny kit. You dont need to fill the whole thing up. The way I sanitise my FV's is to fill them 1/4-1/3 with boiling water. The water sanitise the bit that is under the water and the steam sanitises the rest

Just keep any sodium hypochlorite based bleaches away from it and you'll be fine. It's the chlorides that attack the SS.

Acid sanitizers like starsan and chemsan are fine, as is boiling water.

Your boiling wort will keep it sanitary, just remove the beer stone build up occasionally. Oxalic acid, is good for that.

Anything acid based like Starsan. You will actually passivate the stainless at the same time which will keep it corrosion free

Thanks for the info everybody a great help, much appreciated. Will purchase some chemsan this w/end

You don’t need to sanitise your Brew Devil. The heat of the mash liquor and the subsequent boil will kill any nasties!
