Hi all,

I'm going to be bottling off my latest brew tomorrow but I have a spare hour or 2 today and I was thinking (dangerous I know!!) Is it OK to sanitize the bottles to today, seal them, leave them overnight and use them tomorrow?

Cheers

I sanitise in batches when it's convenient, rinse, dry them inverted and cap them with tinfoil.

I will then leave them for anything up to a month and haven't had a duff bottle yet :thumb:

Thats what ive been doing letting them drain well on a Bottle Tree then sealing them with Cling Film seems to do the job

Thanks guys!! I guess I'm still at the stage where I'm worrying about every little thing!!

I have also pre-sanitised with no probs. I tend to keep my used bottle tops if they are not too mis-shapen, sanitise them, then plop them on the bottles instead of foil :thumb:
