Hello all when i put my campden solution in my fermenting bin and all other equipment do i rinse them all with normal running water afterwards? Sorry for a basic question but we all have to start some where.

Yes, UK tap water should be perfectly safe for rinsing.

That's not to say that it may have some different tastes in certain parts of the country, but whether or not to treat it prior to using it in your beer or wine is quite another matter.
