I will bottle one and one of the dying ris if I can get one out of the keg. Need it empty ASAP.

Might make some very tasty batter to put on fish before frying. I've had lots of great beer-battered fish.

The obvious thing would be to taste a glass of tap water before brewing with it, but how many of us do? I sniff ours to see if it smells of chlorine, but I never taste it.

My wife has pointed out that my taste buds have changed since I’ve had covid and I notice salt a lot more now in food so possible combination of factors.

I have. But it wouldn’t really matter if they didn’t find it salty as it’s me drinking it tbh.
