Hi there.

I normally always leave my brews 14 days at least to ferment out. I have had a brew now going for 10 days and really want to bottle tonight if i can, it has been 1014 for the last two days down from 1054 is that ok to bottle?

I would be more worried whether it had cleared. Clear in the FV less sh*t in the bottles

its true i got the same advice from graysalchemy and he was right it will take yonks for it to condition in the bottle and taste yeasty for months  leave it till its crystal clear, i even invested in a carboy to make sure mine is befor bottling.

Its a london pride clone, shall i wait until next week then when i can do it?

I would put it in a clean sterilised Fv and leave it somewhere cool. A cold concrete floor is what I use. Keep an eye on it you may be able to bottle it at the weekend.

By the way My house bitter is a london pride clone :thumb: :thumb:
