New Belgian Saison yeast from Fermentis, has anyone used it yet? Just ordered some and it looks like a beast with 90% apparent attenuation.

Looks like a typo on the packaging though. "Particularly high attenuation"
Final Gravity: High

Did you try this yeast out yet? I had a three fruit marmalade saison made with this yeast yesterday. It was a fantastic beer. The overwhelming character came from the citrus fruit that had been added in secondary but the saison base certainly supported that well. It didn't seem too assertively saisony from my impression but that might have been the fruit masking the yeast character.

Yep. Brewed a Sorachi Ace Saison with it. Nice Saison character, although I deliberately went big with the Sorachi Ace, which added citrus and savoury, herbal notes, so it's hard to judge where it sits in relation to other strains. Probably somewhere between Belle Saison and WY3711. Will definitely use this again.
