I'm interested in Rye, I've got some Rye malt, Roasted Rye and Crystal Rye... and a few ideas.
I've made a Rye Stout with the Crystal and Roasted, its not quite ready to drink yet but sneaky tastes say its going to be pretty interesting.
The (extract) recipe: *this was also kind of a user-upper as I've gone AG now*
