After a bit of a 'Leo sayer' yesterday I'm in the doghouse. Part of the path to redemption lies in brewing something special for the outlaws 40th wedding anniversary. I'm thinking Sarah Hughes Ruby mild.

So I have the BYOBRA version but hit me with yours. Particularly interested in any yeast and/or water input.
