Rubbish tube heaters!

Had my tube for about 5years, think I got it off ebay, no issues.

I had an issue with tube heaters a few years ago. I fixed it by changing parameters on the PID so that it pulses power to the heater via the relay slower and longer. It seems they didn't like the frequent switching. Since then, this tube has lasted about 5 years and still going strong.
