The word "Unique" leaps out at me 😱😱

Probably testing next week, when I get my stand back.
How do it go?

Just noticed a leftover box of mince pies that are just out of date and a bit stale.. I'm thinking a small batch Stout and chuck them in crushed for the last 15 minutes of the mash with the roast barley 🤔

They're decent quality M&S ones with icing on top, the only preservative mentioned is acetic acid so shouldn't hurt the yeast too much I don't think?

On the mince pie thing, She Who Must Be Obeyed came up with a decent plan, of soaking her mince in rum for a few days.
The rum wasn't my sort of thing but went down well with guests. The mince pies were fantastic
