right i will be away late aug and early september on a md rally i need to get a brew on like :

1- Leffe Brune clone or pendle witch lets say 7% -9% ish
2-say 22 ltr ish brew
3- i am planning to put it 2 ltr pop bottles it wont be in them for long at rally lol
4- drink it late aug and early september on a md rally this year
5- cost and recipy needed
6-have i got a chance to do it :drink:

Extract or AG?

It's easy enough to scale up either of those recipes to hit 7%-9% abv. Personally, I don't know that you are giving a bigger brew like that enough time by rushing it but that's just me.

I'm in the US so I can't help you on cost. But I just brewed Pendle Witch a few weeks ago so I have it in Beersmith. I can play with the quantities and bump it up to say 8% if you like.

i think you might struggle as most high strength beers need long maturation in the bottle, brewferms beers need 3 months minimum so i cant see any others being different, hopefully someone can tell me i am wrong
