I'm getting a stuck mash or very slow run off when using wheat & oats in my NEIPA recipe
I believe rice hulls are one solution to this problem
I've looked on GEB and was surprised to see there was an option for 'Crushed' or 'Not Crushed'
Which one should I choose ? I would have thought 'Not Crushed'
