Hi,

I have some rhubarb and I'm trying to find a decent recipe for rhubarb wine but I'm having no luck

I'm wondering whether to try the rhubarb recipe in "Booze for free" by Andy Hamilton.

Has anyone done this actual recipe and is it any good?

Or has anyone got a good recipe... Pretty please :nah: I have my rhubarb all washed and ready to go but nowhere to go :wha:

Thanks
Ade :hat:

Hi Ade, why not go with the recipe you have, people have no idea how much work goes on behind the scenes to produce either a wine or food recipe, it would be hard to think that the author would publish a recipe that was rubbish. What you can do is keep detailed records of this brew and if it doesnt suit you then you can modify it for your own personal taste in future brews, Dave

Right found the rhubarb post!
I searched before but couldn't find anything

I wish there was a recipe section with all the ACTUAL recipes stickied or something..
We need sticky recipes

I would have linked it but was on my phone and have only got to the computer now. I can vouch for that recipe as I have done it. not too acidic and I prefer mine dry :thumb:
