ok so i started drinking my second batch of nelsons revenge (woodfordes) on Saturday night cant seem to get it to completely clear for some reason anyway i had 9 bottles and Jesus h christ was i mullered think i'll make some more of this :drunk:

Their is a problem with home brew........

Once you have fermented you really need to get another on the go straight away otherwise you end up drinking green murky beer that still gets you mullered but has not had time to condition properly......

Me I went mad got 1 fv and 1 barrel next week another fv and barrel and guess what 3 weeks later another FV AND BARREL not forgetting I dont know how many kits .... now its a sack of grain every 2 months oh not forgetting hops yeast and other bits .... Im now looking at more 15mm ball valves and a load of copper to do a rehash of the brewery plumbing....



In about 5 months at the most I recon you will get all tempted by THE DARK SIDE :twisted: and you will be astonished by the beer you can make..
