Hi
I've a decent plastic bottling bucket that I'm repurposing into a grain bucket but it has a plastic spigot on it which I intend to remove and replace with a simple compression type plug... At least I thought it would be simple but my google skills seem to fail me as I just can't seem to find anything suitable for the job. All I'm after is some kind of plastic plug fitting to go into the 1" hole in the bucket to make it water tight (well grain tight).. can anyone point me to something cheap and cheerful
many thanks...

Search Amazon for “25mm barrel blanking plugs” and the choice is yours, including Free Delivery.

BTW, I hope that you have considered gluing something to the inside of the bottling bucket with adhesive. e.g. a hammered into shape aluminium coke can and contact adhesive.

Enjoy!
