Removing chloramine

i know I can use campden tablets but how much should I use for a 5g all grain brew? Does the water need to stand after the tablet has gone in?

I use 1/2 tablet crushed up. No need to let it stand as far as I'm aware. I add mine then turn gas on. By the time it gets up to strike temp the job is done.

Do you add to sparge water as well?

I prep all my water in one go, so for a 23l brew I use that amount for about 33l. One tablet is supposed to be enough for about 20 gallons, so I stick with the 1/2.
