My conditioning environment (shed) has been taken over by the Guinea Pigs for the winter. I am now conditioning beer outside! Is this OK? Will it cope with the sub-zero temperatures?

I asked a similar question last year, but I was concerned about leaving mine IN a shed and you're taking it a stage further (link) and I liked Jim's response:

You may end up with beer lollies coated with mosaic glass!
Although a bottle of water will freeze before a bottle of beer, I don't think I would want to risk it with more than a couple of degrees of frost.

I must admit that all my operation is in the wooden shed outside, and I didn't have any issues with the beers I'd stored outside  :thumb:
