I'm making a lager, it's the first time I try out using no chill, and without thinking I just emptied 2 packs of lager yeast into a beaker of water. Will it be ok in the fridge overnight or should I feed it some malt now and make a starter?

Is it Fermentis yeast? If so stick it straight in the fridge and you should be grand overnight.

This is from their site:
