Hi Guys.
To date i have done 3 brews..:drunk:
1st, Nelsons revenge, Bottled and in the shed :)
2nd nelsons reserve, just gone into the 2nd fv waiting to be bottled.
3rd American oak rum IPA just gone into the fv last night.
So what next...I havent tried any of my beers yet, going to leave them to mature, but i do want to get a big stash for the summer time, All the beers i have done are 5% and upwards, so What next would you guys recomend, i do like a drak ruby IPA / ale but willing to try other kits...:D

Nelsons revenge and woodfordes wherry were my fav kits but wherry will only get you 4 to 4.5%. It's very tasty though.

If you like indian pale ales that are stronger have a go at the headcracker by woodfordes. Im no ipa fan but that gets a lot of good reviews.

I've not read a negative comment about Evil Dog IPA. Mine is still conditioning but already very nice.
Also very strong, usually ferments out to about 8% abv. But it takes its time at every stage, typically 3.5 weeks to ferment.

I have also heard good review about the evil dog. K know it's not going to be my cup of tea (or glass of beer) but i've seen a lot of people rave about it on here.

3 and a half weeks in the fermenter though??? Wow!!!
