I'm a bitter drinker and will be doing my 1st all grain BIAB in about a month, using a 19L stock pot aiming for a 15L batch and will be chilling the pot in the sink.
I suspect I'll be doing my 1st concentrating on what you do rather than why you do it and would like a really simple recipe to follow.
So are there any recommendations and if they are for a larger batch size is it simply is it a case of down scaling on a pro-rata basis? i.e. if it was intended for 25L do I use 60% of the quoted amounts?
