I've only tried Geordie and Coppers Australian and European. Both the Coopers were okay, think I'd say the European was better.
The Geordie was thin and horrible, but I brewed it in the shed last summer when the weather was warm.

If I was to do another think I'd give the Muntons Connoisseurs Export Pilsner a go, read several good reviews about it

I've done the Coopers Bavarian Pilsner . . . and while it was a nice beer . . . it wasn't a Bavarian Pilsner . . . My personal favourite is the Muntons gold continental Pils . . . especially with a handful of Saaz hops, The Brupaks brewers choice Czech Pils is excellent . . . especially if you can give it a boil for 30-45 minutes . . . again adding a good handful of Saaz . . . . Another good quality are the Brupaks Beers of the World Czech and German Pils, but these are only 10L kits so you would need to buy 2 to make 20L . . .

With all the kits Change the yeast for a true lager yeast (One of the Saflager Yeasts S23 or W34/70) and ferment cool . . . . up to about 15C

:thumb: for the Coopers european lager kit, was very tast.

Recommends maturing for 12 weeks, i managed 10 and it was very good, deep yellow straw colour, secondary fermented for two weeks, looked like it was filtered, tasted like larger. I forced carbonated with corny keg and was delighted by the result. think it could have done with a few more weeks to mature if i'm honest but still very good
