Hello

I'm looking for a pump that i can place inside my mash tun to recirculate wort.

id like a pump that doesn't require any expensive fittings. id like to attach a pipe to it to pump the wort from the bottom of my mash tun to the top with a single pipe. id also like to use the pump to pump the wort out of the mash tun as I pour sparge water on the top of the grain.

is there anything out there like this?

Thanks :thumb:

Why do you want the pump to be inside the mash tun?
Much easier to have an external pump to recirculate from the bottom tap to a top fitting (not expensive) just above the top of mash bed.
You can use the same pump or gravity to get the wort out of the mash tun during sparging.

How will you get the wort out without disturbing the grain bed? - if the mash tun ain't full, I'd put a tap in before you use it again !

At the moment i put my grains in a mesh bag, but id like to recirculate the wort over the grain. Anybody any ideas on a pump to do this?
