I had my last glass of last years pilsner this evening :(

And it looks as though the bitter has bit the dust

Leaving a small corny of Wheat beer . . . not much left in it

I need to brew soon

I dont think this one if going to last me long, had about 10 pints of it in the last week or so, the good thing about being on 2-10pm this week :)

a taster of my fresh lager, from a cheap kit..

brewed with 50g of hallertau hops added in a hop tea,and a dark spray malt,

i only kegged it 4 days ago,

its very carbonated, and at room temp tastes like a hoppy pale ale..with a good hoppy after taste
a very nice drink so far......

Repent for you are a SINNER and a worshiper of the Devil's by products, this is a Home brew thread, Not a thread for promoting a liquid which can only be described as like "making love in a canoe" (Fecking close to water).

Now go and wash your mouth out with soap and say 3000 "Hail Homebrew's" & do not darken our door until you are truly sorry for your sin's.

Says the man that used to work at the place that brews stuff that tastes like urine water. Infact sewer water is more like it. One drink i did hate was C4rling.

ive got 5 filled kegs at the mo, 2 of which are in my kegerator, st peters ruby red which is getting low, and a mex cerveza. my first extract brew-summer ale, milestone reaspberry beer and magnum elderflower cider are all patiently waiting to enter the fridge of consumption! the summer ale tastes really good, so too does the rasp beer, it has cleared very well and the raspberry flavour is ideal, give it another month or so until my other cornie is empty and it will be splendid. Ive recently purchased some stuff for a fraoch heather ale extract type brew aswell, my stock are well and truly up! ive still got a few bottles of my coopers draught that i bottled back on 31-10-10 aswell, lots of bottles of my tom caxton lager and real ale!

Not strictly homebrew...but I just want to share my happiness...I am drinking a few pints drawn from my second gyle made in my recently built 6bbl micro.

It's a golden ale made with Pilgrim and Liberty hops...a lot of Liberty hops...and even though I say it myself...I really like it.

If you could see my micro you would actually say that I am still a home brewer because it looks like my garage used to look when I made beer in my garage!

Beer is wonderful stuff.

Take care
Jon
