My Lager yeast has soured and i don t have another sample. Tastes like vinegar as i unfortunately left it in the corner of a room and forgot to refrigerate it. Can i use a yeast cake that has finings mixed in with it? Was in secondary and probably not much in the FV. Something tells me its not the best idea and i should order more?
