I've had a break from kit beer brewing but have got this one in the fv right now, it's been in for 2 weeks and it's down to 1.012 the instructions say it should be 1.005, will it go down that far do you think?
I drank the trial jar and it tastes bloody lovely!

Hi. I got mine to 1008. This will need conditioning for a few month. Initially tastes really peachy. One of my fav or tipples

Did this kit a couple of times & it took the best part of 3 weeks in the fermenter both times.

Thanks guys, I thought the instructions were a bit optimistic at 10 days.

brewed this 5 times. I now leave it 3weekd in PFV and further 2 weeks secondary after racking .
I also add the hops day 3 ,
getting great results
