I've just bottled my second batch of Razorback - it's a very good kit.
Got to admit that I rarely open my FV after dry hopping until it's time to bottle, but i think it looks pretty normal - the hop pellets break up in the wort and the oil in them keeps it floating on the surface. I try to cold crash my FV before bottling and this helps the hops drop to the bottom.
