Well pleased, not sweet like a lot of shop bought stuff, good raspberry flavour to it,

Lowicz syrup
About 1/2 bottle for 4.5 l

Just bottled mine too, did similar 1 bottle lowicz for 10l.. used cider yeast with sweetner.. hopefully by summer it will be lovely.

Try the Blackcurrant lowicz if you can get it , its my fave, not as bitter as the raspberry.

Yep got som on the go, also a cherry and a strawberry Which I might chuck a lime in

I did one last year and was unimpressed. I came to the conclusion that adding syrup to finished cider is probably the best option but failing that, adding it at the end of the ferment is probably the way to go to retain the most flavour possible.
