I tend to use go for a square 80mm label for 330ml bottles and 80x120mm for 500ml bottles as I like it to reach around the bottle a reasonable amount and can't be arsed with rear labels.

It's a dead simple label in black & white that I can just edit in Photoshop for different beers and print quickly at home.
