Hello all,

Just decided to join the forum after a couple of weeks having a nosey on here.

Just started brewing my own beer and for now I'm only using kits. I plan to build on this in the future and maybe brew from scratch eventually.

So far I have made 4 batches; best buddy lager, coopers European lager, coopers Australian pale ale and yesterday I bottled John Bull lager made slightly stronger using less water.

I have a mixed fruits cider kit and blackberry wine kit to start. Hopefully tomorrow.

I will no doubt have some questions and will also help answer questions in the future with the knowledge I gain.
