I am sure I have the answer to this but in case I have missed something obvious only takes a minute to ask.
I have a 23L lager sat in pressure barrel. I batch primed it and sat it somewhere warm for two weeks and it's been in the fridge for 1 week. Tonight I thought I would test it .
Flat as a pancake tastes sweet and won't pour from the tap.
So I presume it's not carbonated.
Question is, can I just stick a easy bottler on the tap, empty the keg into bottles, seal up and put somewhere warm to carbonate ? Or will my yeast have had it?
