Morning gentlefolk
I was planning doing a Sierra Nevada Celebration clone for christmas but due to FV problems (as in they are full of other brews) I have had to postpone it and now I think its too late to do a decent job.
So im wanting to do a quick (well quickish) brew for christmas or more likely new year this sunday and was wondering if the good folk here had any ideas.
I was hoping to get a big APA but due to time will hadda miss the dryhop unless I primary for a week then secondary + dryhop for a week.
I recently had the good fortune of getting 1kg of centennial and was thinking of a big centennial brew. Plus tons of cascade, challenger, perle, bobek.
Any ideas
