This is what I have so far, looking to put on a 5 liter Apple Wine brew.
Should I be worried about the acid content of the grapefruit? (I intend to blend it).
Will the mint be okay to use? I've heard somewhere that it disagrees with the yeast.
But yeah, any tips before I get going?
