Q Max Cutters near Warrington?

I'm going to have to cut about six 17mm holes in a Burco to pass 3/8 bsp fittings.

If you live in the Warrington, St Helens, Wigan, Salford area and have a 17mm cutter, would you be kind enough to let me use it please?

I happy to come to you with the pilot holes pre-drilled :)
