I'm not normally one for a pudding, but tonight we had an old school recipe apple crumble and custard.
I couldn't stop ploughing through it, I was like a killer white in the middle of a feeding frenzy :)

I like egg custard tart SWMBO wouldn't eat it if you paid her, strange woman.
Getting a lot of plums off the allotment so I've done a batch of plum gin for Mrs Clint and knocked up this beauty...a plum frangipan.
