not sure if right section..so sorry in advance

Was wondering the other day when carbonating my brew in me cornie..How is pub lager delievered ( and i dont mean by truck :D )

Is the beer in the barrels flat or already carbonated??

Strange question I know but never really thought about it prior to doing homebrew..Its like anything in life,I knew I had a beer but never knew how it worked :D :thumb:

I'd say carbonated after it's been filtered.

Correct

Pub lager is carbonated, at near 0 deg C Filtered at about the same temp,a couple of days later then force carbonated directly after the filter, pasturised using a big PHE (plate heat exchanger)then Kegged.

The delivery system from the keg in no way differs from a cornie just different fittings.

Good grief! Doesn't even bear thinking about, it all sounds most unnatural to me
I think I'll stick with proper beer. :drink:

Talking of which, I'm home, I'm not driving again today, it must be time for one
