Guess who just had 25 mins to kill, and glad I did. GK get a lot of stick but there is still a lot of tradition there. Maturing in oak vats for 2 years, brilliant. Worth watching.
I tried some of that 5X at GBBF this year. At 12% it's a bit of a monster but only a traditional brewery would have the capacity to brew and mature such a beast. If they ever make it available again well worth trying a third.
