Prosecco bottles

Hey guys I've put a wine kit on for the mother in law and she's saved me bottles for it. Turns out they are all prosecco bottles. Does anyone know if I can just corks them with regular corks and corker? I'm not doing a sparkling wine just a rose kit.

How did you get on? I imagine it would be fine. About to bottle today and one is a Prosecco bottle...

Regular corks work fine, I use the same bottles for pretty much all my wine. The same kind of bottle can also be picked up fairly cheap with the none alcoholic fake wine/sparkling fruit juice stuff in Aldi, never had any issues doing fizzy wine in either.
