Hello, hey guys i have made a couple of beers now but the problem i have is i cannot get a head to stay! anyone no how i sort this?

How long are you leaving your beer to condition before you drink it?
If you are sure you have used fresh ingredients (Particulally hops if you are using) & your beer is properly carbonated, the problem may lie with the glass. Fresh from the dishwasher any rince aid/salt deposits will kill your frothy head dead, as will any soap or grease deposits left behind, I allways rinse glasses with hot water befor pooring. :
