Have just started to brew mexican cerveza i have made this mess.
I have put in 1kilo of brewing sugar and 1kilo of coopers 2 through being a 70 year old bull in a china shop.
I have been told to mix a new brew without sugars put in the coopers yeast and split it into 2 fermenters will it need yeast in both fermenters or will the 1 do it.
Is it better to put more yeast in the 1 that as not started.
if so were and what kind of yeast should i use.
sorry for going on.

OK, so as I understand it you have a brew:

1 Coopers kit 1.7kg
1 Coopers brew enhancer 2 - 1kg - half malt, half sugar
1 kilo sugar
Yeast pitched.

If this is the case, just let it get on with it.

OK -it's not ideal and will make a watery tasting effort that is too strong for its type. But buggering around with another FV and a new kit can is just not what a first brew is about. Add some more water to 25-27L and at least its about 6% and the yeast has a good chance.

Don't stress youself running around trying to sort it out, just let it be what it will be. This time of year it won't ferment too hot - so it should be a lot less bad than you imagine.

thanks but i already got another kit and split into 2 fermenters beginning to think i should bin it and start a fresh as now one the airlock is bubbling the other is not
