We're getting rather off topic but Steinhäuser German Lager in bottles from ALDI is my favourite lager and is very reasonable.
Not possible to go off topic whilst talking about beer :laugh8:

I'll look for it next time I'm in Lidl, see if they sell it. Germans do some cracking lager
 
Aldi only I'm afraid. The Lidl version is not a patch imo. Oh, they do a decent wheat beer too (not the best, but it's not bad - a tad too fruity for me). In fact Aldi do a great range of beer full-stop. Let's start a new thread!

LOL, as far as I'm aware we don't have an ALDI in Northern Ireland. Not into fruity beers myself
