Hi everyone
I've just put my Old Speckled Hen in for secondary fermentation but when I come to bottle, my recipe (Clone Brews) calls for 180ml of Corn sugar. I have 100g of light DME left over from the brew, can/should I use that for priming and or caster/granulated sugar, if so how much? :drunk:

I used standard granulated sugar, disolved in the absolute minimum amount of hot water to make a sugar solution and batch primed. My directions called for 1teaspoon per 750ml bottle. I didnt have any 750ml bottles but simple maths showed me i needed 30.66 teaspoons for my 23L brew. I rounded down to 30 and it seems to have worked well - my plastic bottles are hard suggesting good carbonation.
