I just bottled a Muntons Gold Docklands Porter. The kit instructions suggested light spray malt for priming, so I used dark spray malt, which was what I had.
Gosh! This stuff is really hygroscopic! My usual method of measuring spoon and funnel got really claggy very quickly. Is there a trick I should know? And should I keep the now open pack of spray malt in the freezer?
